Descripción
This procedure concerns the provision of a high heat flux (HHF) test facility for ITER in-vessel components(IVCs), principally the blanket first wall (FW) panels. Additional IV components may also be tested. Once provided, this facility will be dedicated to the series acceptance HHF tests of the IVCs which are part of the EU contribution to the ITER project.

The contract is hereby amended as follows: - The value of the contract has been increased to 2,302,639.63 EUR covering all tasks excluding the options. - Additional contract articles have been amended to reflect the new value of the contract and to include additional services that were not contemplated in the initial contract. These include: - 200 cycles at 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 & 3 MW/m2 for area tested in baseline, HHFT of final 25% of panel, steps 1 - 7, 200 cycles at 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 & 3 MW/m2 for final 25% area. - New article "Payment for decontamination" has been added to the contract.
