Declaración firmada por el responsable de la empresa licitadora, indicando la/s máquina/s y/o vehículo/s disponibles (Anexo III), así como el cumplimiento de las características/documentación técnica de la maquinaria puesta a disposición para su arrendamiento. Tragsa requerirá la acreditación de la documentación en el momento de la adjudicación de las Peticiones de Oferta derivadas del Acuerdo Marco. Para generar el archivo se utilizará la plantilla "ANEXO TSA II TSA0079011" debidamente cumplimentada. La presentación se realizará a través de la herramienta de preparación y presentación de ofertas de la PLACSP.
Solvencia económica
Volumen anual de negocios
Para ser admitidos los licitadores deberán acreditar, un volumen anual de negocio referido al mejor ejercicio de los últimos tres años disponibles no inferior a 25.000,00 € por cada unidad de maquinaria o vehículo que oferte en el Anexo II, apartado 3.1 Estarán exentos de esta acreditación los licitadores que indiquen en el Anexo I la clasificación en obras en el Grupos A, C, D, E, G, ó K todos los subgrupos, categoría 1 o superior según el número de unidades de maquinaria o vehículos ofertados: Categoría 1 ó superior: De 1 a 6 unidades Categoría 2 ó superior: De 7 a 14 unidades Categoría 3 ó superior: Más de 15 unidades Para generar el archivo se utilizará la plantilla "ANEXO TSA II TSA0079011" debidamente cumplimentada. La presentación se realizará a través de la herramienta de preparación y presentación de ofertas de la PLACSP.
