Modificación 1

The maximum total amount payable by Fusion for Energy under this Contract, including all Specific Contracts and Options stipulated therein, and all expenditures, shall not exceed EUR 2,250,000.00 [Two million two hundred fifty thousand Euro] (the “Total Contract Price”). The Total Contract Price is an overall ceiling which must in no way be construed as a commitment on Fusion for Energy to purchase for the Total Contract Price. All other provisions of the Contract shall remain unchanged.
