The contract is hereby amended as follows: The Contractor undertakes, under the terms and conditions set out in the Contract, the Specific Contract and the Annexes thereto, as amended by: - Modifications to WBS 04.01.03: change from titanium to steel & additional measurement point, - Extra scope: Deployment System prototyping and testing, - Switching of [D03] & [D16] between ADP#1 & ADP#5, - Procurement of an IVVS Thermal Outgassing Rig, - ADP 5 re‐organisation and D24 split, - Push Chain System prototyping and testing, - Reshuffling of deliverables between ADP#6 & ADP#7, - Transfer of deliverables from ADP#9 to ADP#10, - Modifications to the scope of several Work Packages, - Inclusion of PCS design‐to‐cost activity + Fiducial Target testing”, to execute the tasks specified in the Task Description (Appendix I).
