Provision of Event Organisation Services to Fusion for Energy — Exp. 469900-2024

The scope of the call is the provision of services related to the organization of corporate events such as but not limited to: - Selection and booking of venues; - Selection, organisation and booking of transport/transfer/shuttle services (rail, air, cars, buses, or minivans) related to an event; - Selection, organisation, booking and purchasing of accommodation related to an event; - Organising meals, coffee breaks and catering; - Hiring of the necessary technical equipment, if not available at the venue, including provision of all necessary logistics and telecommunication services, provision of interpreters and related equipment; - Preparation of conference kits, onsite coordination and logistics, management of participants, local assistance and other events staff, etc.
