The covid pandemic and the international/geopolitical crisis, have impacted the transportation costs as of the 5th TF Coil, since oil prices have been increased which mainly impacted the vessel transportation leg (bunker additional costs). As a consequence, the available contingency budget will not be sufficient to cover the shipment of the last TF Coil.
